A re-roof is a once-in-a-generation job, so the materials and detailing matter. We strip the roof back to the rafters, replace any rotten timbers, fit a high-performance breathable membrane and treated battens, and re-cover in your chosen material — natural Welsh slate, clay plain tile, or concrete interlocking tile.

Every re-roof we install includes new Code 4/5 lead valleys, flashings and chimney leadwork — hand-formed on site, not pre-formed strip. Ridges are dry-fixed to current building regulations, eaves are properly ventilated, and new fascias, soffits and gutters can be included as part of the job.
