Flat roofs fail at the edges, not in the middle. That's why our trims, upstands and abutment detailing are where we spend most of the time on every job — proper lead aprons against walls, neat GRP edge trims with drip detail, and falls that actually shed water rather than pool it.

EPDM is our go-to for most domestic flat roofs — a single piece of rubber membrane, no seams, fully bonded, with a 20-year guarantee and a realistic lifespan of 40+ years. GRP fibreglass gives a hard, glass-smooth finish ideal for balconies and walked-on terraces. Torch-on felt remains a cost-effective choice for garages and outbuildings.

All systems are installed by our own team — no subcontractors — with new firrings to create proper falls, insulation upgrades where needed, and lead-dressed abutments rather than mastic.
